The confetti hearts were shipped 5 weeks after ordering with no correspondence from the vendor to my numerous messages. I paid £10.36 for shipping from the US to UK and then the parcel could not be delivered because I had to pay a further £17 for a customs charge and pick it up from the post office collection point. All round bad customer service. I bought this confetti to use to throw after our wedding ceremony however it is not fit for purpose - it is made of card so falls too fast and the blue confetti colour runs when wet (may stain my dress!) All round bad customer service.

The item was shipped basically 5 days after its suggested shipping date. The seller didn't reply to my question. But it came very quickly after.

Took a long time for this item to be shipped to me, & the seller did not reply to my direct attempts @ communication. I would not feel right about charging anything (let alone $2.99) for a zine like this. The seller might benefit from being mentored by a zinester who sells on Etsy.

This little book is perfect to keep on me for thoughts that randomly pop in to my head. I keep it on me while I'm at work and it fits nicely into my server's book. It makes me smile reading the quote on the front. :)
